PRECOOLED FRUITS

Precooled fruit come from sound and mould free fresh produce. Main fruits that we offer in precooled form are

• Strawberries
• Raspberries
• Black currants
• Aronia

Precooled fruits are offered during crop time which starts early June for strawberries and in July for raspberries, black currants and aronia.

They usually go bulk in 25 000 kg tankers at the temperature 0 to +2 ^oC. Less cost-effective option is in steel or plastic drums on pallets.

Precooled fruits are perfect for juices, fruit preserves and concentrates.
